Vittoria is an Italian tyre manufacturer, founded in 1953 and based in Brembate (Bergamo). With an annual production of over 7 million tyres, it is one of the largest players in the sector.
The brand started with tubulars for professional cycling. This origin remains decisive: product development takes place in collaboration with WorldTour teams and professional riders. The palmarès includes victories in the Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, Vuelta, the classics, World Championships, and the Olympic Games.
Vittoria also invests in sustainability with CarbonNeutral-certified operations and a co-development partnership with the Norwegian company ReTyre, focused on more sustainable tyre production.
Vittoria produces tyres, tubulars, inner tubes and accessories for road, gravel, cyclocross, mountain bike, e-bike, track and BMX. The entire production is managed in-house.
Two technologies distinguish the brand. Graphene-reinforced compounds, Vittoria was the first manufacturer to apply graphene in bicycle tyres. And 4C technology: four separate compounds in the tread, each optimised per zone for grip, rolling resistance, and durability. At the casing level, Vittoria works with cotton casings up to 320 TPI, reinforced with Corespun-K technology.

ROAD
Road is the segment where driving feel and speed are most critically assessed.
The range is therefore built around clear usage scenarios: pure racing and time trial, daily performance for training and granfondo, and tyres that focus primarily on durability and puncture resistance. It is important that the technology here does not remain abstract: the compound and casing directly determine how quickly a tyre rolls, how confidently it handles in the rain, and how long it maintains its performance.
Those seeking maximum speed will end up with the Corsa family; those who cover many kilometres and want reliability will move on to Rubino, Zaffiro, or RideArmor.
Corsa PRO
TLR / Tube‑Type / Tubular
Race platform with Graphene + Silica and 320 TPI cotton-blend casing. For riders who want the classic 'suppleness' feel, with modern variants for tubeless, inner tube or tubular.

Rubino
TLR / Tube‑Type
Everyday performance tyre with a focus on speed, grip, and durability. Ideal as a 'one tyre' for many kilometres, training, and granfondo, in tubeless or with an inner tube.
Zaffiro
Tube‑Type
Training tyre for all conditions and high mileage. For riders who primarily want consistency and longevity, without complicated setup.
GRAVEL
Gravel requires a tyre that can handle multiple surfaces in one ride: hardpack sections, loose gravel, wet patches, and sometimes real mud.
Therefore, the Terreno range does not start from names, but from a numerical terrain scale: T10 is faster on hardpack, higher T-levels shift towards coarser and wetter terrain up to T90 for mud. This makes choosing simple: you first select the substrate, then the construction layer.
PRO is the racing approach for maximum output and speed; Endurance emphasises durability and puncture resistance for long rides; Sport keeps the same terrain logic accessible in tube-type.
Result: less doubt, quicker to the right tyre.
Race family with T10 Hardpack, T30 Fine Loose, T50 Mixed and T60 Mixed. Focused on speed and sharp steering behaviour when the surface and pace vary.
Sustainable TLR line with T10, T30, T50, T60, T70 Coarse Loose, T80 Coarse Loose and T90 Mud. For long days, rough terrain and increased puncture resistance without compromising terrain logic.
CYCLOCROSS
Cyclocross requires a tyre that accelerates quickly, remains predictable on off-camber sections, and simultaneously grips well in wet patches.
Vittoria's cyclocross range is built around one goal: maximum grip and control when the course shifts from grass to mud, sand, and cobbles. The tread patterns are designed to remain fast on hard sections, while also being aggressive enough to 'bite' into soft ground without unpredictably sliding away.
In tubeless-ready configurations, it’s all about low pressure, stability in corners, and a casing that can handle impact and lateral forces. For the cross rider, this means: braking later, steering in faster, and less energy loss due to slipping—lap after lap, in real winter conditions.

A Dugast Pipistrello
Tubeless‑Ready & Tubular
Tire for extremely fast tracks, deep sand or very fast hardpack. Semi-slick diamond tread for rolling, with Radius control and Flying Doctor casing as handling elements.
A Dugast Pipisquallo
Tubeless‑Ready & Tubular
Tire for fast trails and fine loose surfaces. Diamond tread with Rhino side knobs for grip on slightly wet trails, grass, and woodland paths; Flying Doctor casing for handling.
A Dugast Rhino
Tubeless‑Ready & Tubular
Competition tyre for muddy courses. Very high knobs for grip; open tread for quick shedding of mud and debris, with lower rolling resistance than you would expect from 'mud tyres'.
A Dugast Small Bird
Tubeless‑Ready & Tubular
All-round choice with soft double-compound tread: higher side knobs for corner grip, lower centre knobs for rolling; positioned as a mix between Typhoon and Rhino.
A Dugast Typhoon
Tubeless‑Ready & Tubular
All-purpose competition tyre. Tread designed for grip in all conditions, with a design for more control in corners and comfort at low tyre pressure.

Air-Liner
In addition to tyres, Vittoria is developing its own range of tyre inserts under the name Air-Liner. The inserts are placed in the tubeless tyre and provide protection against punctures and pinch flats, stabilise the tyre bead on the rim to prevent burping, and guarantee run-flat capability in the event of complete air loss.
The range is structured along two axes: lightweight (Light line) and maximum protection (Protect line), allowing the rider to determine the balance between weight and safety themselves. All models are compatible with tubeless-ready setups and are used at the highest competitive level, from the WorldTour to World Series XC and enduro.

MTB / XC-Marathon
MTB is the segment where grip and protection make the difference between continuing and surviving.
The construction therefore follows two axes: application (XC, trail, enduro/gravity) and construction (more speed or more protection). XC focuses on efficiency and steering precision, with profiles that 'grip' in corners without rolling heavily. Trail seeks balance: confidence on varying surfaces with a wide range of use. Enduro and gravity prioritise maximum braking and corner grip, with constructions designed to handle impact, low pressure, and rough terrain.
In practice, you first choose your discipline, then the profile for your terrain, and only then the construction that suits your riding style and risk.
