Performance Components Since 1986
Full Speed Ahead (FSA) has been producing world-class bicycle components for road and mountain biking since 1986. With nearly four decades of experience, FSA has grown to become one of the most respected component brands in the peloton.
The brand supports numerous WorldTour teams and athletes worldwide, including Cannondale Factory Racing, and is known for its perfect balance of innovation, reliability, and accessible pricing. FSA components are not only sold aftermarket but can also be found as OEM equipment on bikes from many leading brands.
FSA stands for precision engineering, continuous innovation, and close collaboration with professional athletes. The brand works intensively with WorldTour teams to gather direct feedback for product development. From the K-Force carbon cranksets to the innovative VAS technology for gravel, FSA provides components for every level and discipline. The partnership with the World Cycling Centre underscores FSA's commitment to talent development in cycling. The philosophy is technical superiority at every price point, from amateur to professional.
Bearings
This segment forms the basis for a bike that remains quiet, tight, and predictable. In terms of handling and durability, you often only notice bearings and headset components when they are not functioning properly: clicking under braking, play in the front, or 'heavy' steering in bad weather.
From this reality, FSA's range is built around targeted replacement and correct fitting, ensuring that size and angle combinations are accurate without guesswork. The construction revolves around complete headsets and individual service parts: bearing references, seals, spacers, and adapters. Angular Contact Bearing (ACB) forms the foundational logic. For those who ride frequently in wet or dirty conditions (winter training, gravel, MTB), sealing and correct fitting make the difference between 'a creak every season' and years of trouble-free steering.
In the same maintenance line are bottom brackets and bracket adapters: they not only determine compatibility but also whether a drivetrain runs truly quietly.
E-Bike & Service
With E-Bike & Service, FSA offers a separate pillar for e-road, e-gravel, and eMTB: from e-bike specific components to integrated system components and maintenance/replacement parts. This ensures that compatibility and serviceability are clear, both for dealers and end users.
Within this block, it revolves around the FSA System / E-System for integrated e-solutions, supplemented with Battery & Spares, Tools, Bolts & Spares, and other service categories. The positioning is clear: one ecosystem where performance, reliability, and maintenance come together.

Chainrings
Chainrings are a direct performance and maintenance upgrade: shifting quality, chain line, and wear determine how 'clean' a drivetrain feels. Therefore, chainrings are positioned as a full-fledged component category alongside cranksets, so that a worn tooth profile or a desired ratio does not automatically require a complete crank replacement.
In terms of use, there are two typical scenarios.
One: replacement after wear to restore the drive to be quiet and precise.
Two: a conscious gearing choice (for example, to 1x for simplicity or to a different ratio for climbing or flat work), as long as the chosen chainring fits within the platform and the crank interface.
The choice of chainring is related to the selected crank/axle platform (such as MEGAEXO, BB386EVO, and BB392EVO) and the discipline (road, gravel, off-road). Exact gear combinations and interfaces are model-dependent.

Drivetrain
Cranksets form the platform where chainrings, bottom bracket standards, and stiffness come together. The goal is simple: a direct pedal response without flex, a quiet line under load, and a setup that fits without adaptor tracks. In the series structure, K-FORCE and SL-K are on the performance side, with ENERGY, GOSSAMER, OMEGA, and VERO as versatile options. For gravel, AGX+ MEGAEXO stands as a specific crank line within the AGX family.
The usage mainly differs in load profile. On the road, it is about acceleration and climbing; in endurance, it is about reliability over many hours; in gravel/off-road, it is about consistency when dirt and shocks come into play. The connection with bracket and axle platforms (MEGAEXO, BB386EVO, BB392EVO) keeps compatibility and service predictable.
Cockpit
Handlebars and stem determine fit, control, and how 'calm' or 'direct' the front feels. The cockpit layout is therefore broad and logically structured, ranging from performance-oriented road solutions to gravel and off-road configurations with a focus on control. For road, K-FORCE and SL-K serve as performance lines, with ENERGY, GOSSAMER, OMEGA, and VERO as solid choices for daily training and endurance.
In terms of use, the choice is driven by fit and handling: the length/angle of the stem determines reach and stability; the shape of the handlebars determines comfort and leverage.
In gravel, the AGX family focuses on control on rough terrain with multiple design concepts (including PRO-WING AGX, A-WING AGX, K-WING AGX, and carbon variants) and extensions such as AGX Loop extensions.
Off-road includes, among other things, KFX bars (flat/low riser) and cockpit components within AFTERBURNER and GRADIENT, supplemented by COMET as an accessible line.
