The 18th edition of Velofollies was all about innovation, speed and passion. Codagex, the Benelux's premium cycling distributor for nearly 100 years, showcased the best the cycling industry has to offer.
From January 16 to 18, Kortrijk Xpo once again transformed into the epicentre of cycling culture. With over 300 exhibitors and nearly 600 brands under one roof, Velofollies has grown into the largest cycling fair in the Benelux — an absolute must for every serious cycling enthusiast. Codagex was there, of course, with a selection of products that push the boundaries of technology and design.
The absolute eyecatcher: Factor ONE
Imagine a bike so aerodynamic it's almost illegal. The Factor ONE exploits UCI regulations down to the millimetre to create the fastest road bike in the world. In independent wind tunnel tests, the ONE proved up to 22% faster than the Specialized Tarmac SL8 and 15% more efficient than the Cervélo S5.
Most striking: the radical fork design inspired by Factor's Olympic HANZŌ track bike. The widely spread fork legs capture turbulent airflow and channel it away in a controlled manner. Jake Stewart proved its effectiveness in June 2025, when he won stage 5 of the Critérium du Dauphiné on the prototype, ahead of Jonathan Milan and Mathieu van der Poel. His reaction: a "lift sensation" from 50 km/h onwards.
MMR Simun: the purple gravel racer that stands out
Among all the carbon and black, one bike immediately caught the eye: the MMR Simun in striking purple. This gravel racer is MMR's answer to the demand for pure speed on unpaved roads.
Available in versions ranging from the accessible Simun 50 with Shimano GRX to the top-spec Simun 00 with SRAM Red AXS and Zipp 303 XPLR wheels, weighing just 7.83 kg.
The Simun combines an aggressive, aerodynamic geometry with clever features such as an integrated storage system in the down tube, perfect for tools and spare parts without compromising aerodynamics. The G3 geometry places you in a race-ready position: head tube angles between 70.5° and 71.5°, seat tube angles from 73° to 74.5°. The result is a bike that keeps pace with road bikes on tarmac and shows its true colours on gravel.

MMR Road: Spanish precision meets Belgian roads
Alongside the Simun, Codagex presented the complete MMR road range. The Spanish brand combines race DNA with versatility, from the lightweight Adrenaline climbers to the aerodynamic Blade race machines. For riders seeking excellent value for money without compromising on performance, MMR is a discovery.
Classified Powershift & TRP Vistar: the future of shifting
The big breakthrough this year: the collaboration with TRP in the new Vistar Powershift groupset. Where Classified previously required a separate shift button, TRP now integrates everything into one elegant lever system. The result is a 1x16 system for road and 1x15 for gravel, with a range of over 530%, wider than any traditional groupset.
QuantumShift technology makes it simple: press up or down, and the system automatically selects the most logical gear, whether via the rear derailleur or the Powershift hub. Seamless, silent, and lightning fast. At Velofollies, Codagex demonstrated the technology live, including the ongoing cashback campaign.

CeramicSpeed: world premiere for new UFO packaging
The Danish friction specialists at CeramicSpeed are known for their obsession with marginal gains — the small victories that add up to make big differences. From OSPW systems that minimise drivetrain friction losses to the now legendary UFO Drip chain lubricant.
At Velofollies, visitors to the Codagex booth got an exclusive sneak peek: the world premiere of the new UFO packaging. A fresh look for products that have been setting the standard in chain lubrication for years. The new packaging reflects CeramicSpeed's premium positioning and makes the products even more recognisable on the shelf. Dealers and consumers were the first in the world to see the new look, even before the official international launch.
